Do I need to already race competitively?
No. Pro Membership is open to every serious driver, from first-year club racers to national competitors.
Do I need a LapTime account?
Yes. Your LapTime account is your identity and your member record. USKarting does not create accounts and does not keep a separate driver database. Create your account free at laptime.app, then join here.
Where do my results and standings come from?
Your results live on your LapTime driver record. USKarting publishes national standings from that record. USKarting does not verify, store, or compute results and keeps no results database of its own.
Is this a sanctioning body or a race license?
No. USKarting Pro is a membership. It is not a license, not a sanctioning body, and not an identity system. It sits alongside your WKA, SKUSA, or club license. You keep racing wherever you already race.
What if I'm a parent signing up a junior driver?
A parent or guardian creates the junior driver's LapTime account at laptime.app first. Then enter the driver's details here. The guardian manages billing and communications.
What happens after I sign up?
You get a welcome email with your payment link. Once paid, your membership is linked to your LapTime account and your Pro card is issued.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Membership runs for 12 months from activation and does not auto-renew without your consent. You keep full access through the end of your term.
